Curiosity – 76x100cm (Framed)

Last summer in France, after pandemic stress, I enjoyed time with family and friends. In Lyon—a UNESCO heritage city known for gastronomy, silk history, cinema (Lumière brothers), and the Fête des Lumières—I visited the Confluence Museum. Its unique architecture and collection of mankind’s connection with nature inspired me.

This experience drew parallels to Cabinets of Curiosities—miniature collections of natural marvels. My artistic inspiration came from both these cabinets and Singapore’s diverse bird species.
